PaySpark

PaySpark offers convenient funding and withdrawals to consumers who transact online. Users are first issued with the PaySpark Internet Payment Account with its convenient funding methods, and then have the option of applying for either the versatile ATM debit product, or our Global Access credit account when they need to redeem payments and winnings. There is no minimum balance required for a PaySpark Account. However, dormant accounts (no transaction activity for 90 days) with a zero balance will be closed automatically.

Internet Payment Account

The Internet Payment Account facilitates online purchases. It offers a user-friendly deposit option and allows consumers a generous spending limit at online merchants. Convenient deposit options are available, and most importantly there are no charges on this account as long as you do not allow the account to go dormant. There are several ways that you as a consumer can obtain a PaySpark IPA Account:

	Apply online at the PaySpark website.
	Apply online at any of our Merchant’s websites.

ATM Account

The ATM Account is the fastest way to access winnings and affiliate payments, either at ATMs or online at PaySpark merchants. Merchant payments are processed within 24 hours to ATM accounts, and are immediately available to the account holder. It is important to note that in order to apply for an ATM Account you must first open an Internet Payment Account. There are various ways that you as a consumer can obtain a PaySpark ATM Account:

	Apply online at any of our Merchant’s websites.
	Applications available at online casino websites.
	All consumers that are already approved PaySpark IPA Account Holders automatically qualify for the PaySpark ATM Account, and are able to apply online once the have logged on to their PaySpark profile.

Global Access Account

The Global Access Account is the fastest way to access your winnings and affiliate payments. The account is linked to two globally accepted credit cards, the Global Access Card used for real world purchasing and ATM withdrawals, and the Virtual Credit Card gives you complete access to online purchasing and transacting. Merchant payments are processed within 24 hours to Global Access accounts, and are immediately available to the account holder. It is important to note that in order to apply for a Global Access Account you must first open an Internet Payment Account. To apply for your Global Access account you must first open a PaySpark Internet Payment account. There are various ways that you as a consumer can obtain a PaySpark Global Access Account:

	Apply online at any of our Merchant’s websites
	Applications available at online casino websites
	All consumers that are already approved PaySpark IPA Account Holders automatically qualify for the PaySpark Global Access Account, and are able to apply online once the have logged on to their PaySpark profile

Cost of the Global Access Card - USD$12.50. Cost of the Virtual Credit Card - USD$7.50.

Deposits to your PaySpark Accounts are possible with various convenient funding options:

	Wire transfers
	Western Union
	Transfers between PaySpark Accounts
	Winnings and payments due may be deposited into your account. Credit Card funding - IPA Only

In order to have an account with PaySpark, consumers will be required to fax the following Due Diligence Documentation:

A copy of a Government recognized Identity Document (such as a drivers license or passport). Plus, a copy of a utility bill, no older than 6 months, showing your residential address.
