I just saw this review. The problem was that we were under a ddos attack and since we got no help from the datacenter we had to move our servers in a new location. This caused us a 2 days downtime. We tried to stay in contact with everyone, but it was not possible at that time. All of our customer got a month of free hosting or they a refund. I am really sorry for all the problems caused at that time.
