Attractive web site. Liked their "no ID" approach. Looked interesting. Until I tried to open an account. All kinds of problems trying to sign in. Confusing error messages. I used the contact page to send a polite inquiry. No response for two weeks. Then a curt - reply along the lines of, "We had database problem. Try again." That was it. What if that database problem had happened after I'd initiated a transaction?! Did NOT inspire my confidence.
