On April 8, 2006 i have registered with Space Gold in order to sell
USD3497.70 worth of e-gold, and to receive the money by bank wire, based
on their advertising and the fact that they are GCDA members. They said
"24 hour tranzaction process" , and "24 hours or less customer support
answer". On April
11th 2005, i send them an email asking for the status of my order. No
answer. Same on
April 12. After that, i emailed them again, telling them that i will
put the story on all related forums, and on a website dedicated to them
and listed as a sponsored link in Google. Also, wrote several complaints
to GCDA, to BBB , and on ripoffreport.com. Still no answer. After that,
i registered with them again, under an assumed name, and a different
email address, placing an order ... and guess what .. got an answer! of
course, they were ignoring my other emails... i told them "i will thing
about otdering again after you give me my 3500$ back!"
.. and guess what ? they tell me that my order was processed and the
money was sent! So, if they sent it , where is it ?
You should avoid using them at all costs .. besides the false
advertising, and the long time without any answer , it looks like my money is
gone.. of course is not gone, they still keep it. Moreover, to get an
answer from them, i needed to do some posts on the forums ... until this
settels, i will just make them bad publicity , and anyway i am not the
only one that got ripped off. This proves that GDCA and other ratings mean absolutely nothing!

I paid for a ACH deposit (Gold to ACH) 17 days ago and have not recieved it yet. Spacegold has not answered any of my questions or been helpfull at all. This was my first time using spacegold and it will be my last!
