Somebody complained that my site is "hate speech" and they closed my hosting account without try to contact me to resolve it with me, their customer!

A very good hosting comany, and a very fast support (which is fast as I never imagined), one day I needed to ask them a question, I sent them an email, I couldn't imagine that just after couple of min. I got 2 replies (automated reply) and a real support reply with an answer to my query.
