Yes I can write you a response. There service is officially a joke!!! This is what happened, I wrote a bad check with them, four of them actually. A little 20 dollar check...times four! got hit with four 35$ fees from them and my bank hit me with four 28$ fees. I pay everyone off. centralcoin suspends my account, its still suspended. I can't add a checking account and I can't send any money to a merchant or ANYBODY. The phone customer service people are middle eastern and can barely understand you. I can't do anything with my account still!! even after i paid them. I have 200$ sitting in the account which is frozen there probably forever! Everyone you talk to on the phone can only ask you to email collections@centralcoin.com, i have sent over 30 emails to them, each one gets the automated response that says you'll get a response within 48 hours. I got maybe 3 or 4 responses out of all of them. The emails i sent were very detailed as to the problems. Its like the people at collections are robots or something. They can't solve your problems. It's a Joke over there when a problem happens. Headquarters is in another country, so who knows if you can sue them. If its not american don't do it. Yeah everything will be fine if you don't overdraw your account. By the way my checks were all sucked out of my account at a random time, just exactly when I didn't have the funds, but when i wrote the e-checks i had the funds. strange how that happened. I could go on more about the whole live service thing too when you click the live help button. It will send you to OnDemandFunds live service help, and they can't do anything because you're with centralcoin. Its a Joke. I will never ever use them for anything ever again. A bunch of helpless folks running around like headless chickens when you got a problem. Seriously its a good service, but like I said, my funds are frozen after i made good with everyone there. I can't add or send money to a merchant or withdraw my funds through my checking account which is disabled. Customer service is barely understandable.
UPDATE: I finally got my money. I sent them a void check, a bank statement, my ID, and some form they wanted filled out. My account was up and working perfectly after that. That doesn't make them all that great though because it took two months for my money. If I knew my account was frozen I would have never withdrew 200 from another account into my central coin one.
